1).Return and Refund Policy

At ZOURA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our clothing and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

 

2).Returns

 

We accept returns for eligible items within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have passed since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return.

 

3).Eligibility for Returns:

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Must be unused and unworn

• Must be in the same condition that you received it

• Must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

• Must not be washed, altered, or damaged in any way

 

Please note that certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or customized pieces may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or personalization concerns. These items will be clearly marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

 

4).How to Initiate a Return:

5).When contacting us, please provide:

• Your Order Number

• The name of the item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return

• Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged

 

Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return shipping instructions.

 

6).Return Shipping:

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return item.

 

7).Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you of the status of your refund. If the item is approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

 

8).Refund Timeline:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.)

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account

 

9).Non-refundable Situations:

 

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

• The product is used, washed, damaged, or returned without original tags and packaging

• The item is marked as non-returnable

 

10).Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with a different size, style, or color, please return the item as per the policy and place a new order separately.

 

11).Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
